The Problem
Australia is ageing and the divide between generations is quietly deepening.
Social isolation, persistent ageism and limited access to creative opportunities are preventing younger and older people from coming together in meaningful ways, and feeling a genuine sense of belonging in society. The result is rising loneliness, reduced health and wellbeing, and communities that feel increasingly disconnected.
